PURPOSE OF JOB:
Provides a wide range of routine to complex clerical, administrative, data entry and record control duties for various Probate Court operations to process, record and maintain court related documents, records, and payments. Positions in this classification may be designated as Deputy Court Clerks in accordance with laws affecting the court to which the position is assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
All candidates to fill a vacant position in this classification must meet the following minimum requirements:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED: and, one to two years of progressively responsible related experience; or, any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
Licenses and Certifications:
Notary Public or ability to obtain Notary Public.
